On the old computer:
- Open the Cyclone Navigator (by default under C:Program FilesLeica GeosystemsCyclone)
- Go to Help, Display License and press "Uninstall"
This will immediately invalidate any Cyclone / CloudWorx licenses on this computer
(If you are running a CloudWorx license only, the window might come up with an warning message saying "no licenses to uninstall", if so, simply ignore this message).
- Go to Help, Defect Report and generate this report (include logfiles!).
On the new computer:
- Install Cyclone / CloudWorx on the computer (for a node-locked installation) or copy the file HostID.exe onto the floating license server and execute through double-click.
- Find the file "HostID.txt" either generated in the Cyclone installation folder or the same location where the file HostId.exe was placed.
Please e-mail the generated Defect Report from the old computer along with the HostId.txt file of the new computer to your local HDS Support in order to receive a new license key.
